TAKET is an event venue at the top of Steen & Strøm in Oslo City Center - just a stone's throw away from Karl Johans gate. Our brand new, modern and great venues were opened in 2016, and since then, we have hosted a large number of different events.

We strive to provide a welcoming venue for social gatherings of all kinds, and always do our utmost to ensure that you will have an unforgettable and memorable experience.

TAKET has a fantastic floor plan - perfect for ustomizing different and unique events. With the capacity of around 800 people, only the imagination that sets limits. 

Our venues are suitable for everything from confirmations, birthdays and weddings to concerts, fashion shows and conferences. TAKET has its own kitchen, which creates exciting menus for events that order food service.

TAKET runs its own kitchen with dining options for events of all sizes. The kitchen is led by Sebastian Myhre and his team. Menus are tailored to become a highlight of any event. In the kitchen we have a great focus on creating innovative and playful dishes with Norwegian, locally sourced ingredients in season.
